We are delighted to announce that last Friday’s Charity Role Reversal Day in the prep school raised £538 through raffle ticket and cake sales, with proceeds going to support the Weldmar Hospice.
Pupils and teachers swapped roles for the day with Freya (Year 6) stepping into the shoes of Mr Fowler (Year 6 Form Teacher), Felix (Year 7) taking on the role of Mr Cravero (French Teacher), Theia (Year 6) and Caroline Dickson, (Head of Admissions), running marketing. Niamh (Year 6) assisted Mrs Donegan with music lessons, Evie (Year 3) was Matron, Io (Year 8) taught Charley (Head Riding Coach) and Norah (Year 3) helped in the front office. Finally, Edward (Year 3) experienced life as the Head of the Prep School, visiting the Senior School to have a meeting with Head Richard Jones.

The excitement culminated in a well-attended cake sale, contributing to the fundraising total. Head, Simon Ridley, said, “Thank you to everyone who took part, whether by dressing up, volunteering, or buying raffle tickets and cakes. Your generosity and enthusiasm made this event a wonderful success in support of a great cause.”
