We were so pleased to welcome the Royal Navy on Saturday 1 February for a netball training session.
The fun-filled training weekend included two fixtures, the first against a local team Wessex Firebirds which included some of our senior pupils finishing 40-40, followed by the Navy development team playing our second team with Bryanston finishing with a win.
The Navy then took a training session for our junior and senior teams. This involved the Army Sergeant, Nordia Masters, ex Jamaican player, putting our senior team through their paces.
Head of Netball Ceri Evans commented: “It was a fantastic opportunity for our pupils to be coached and play against the experienced Navy team.”
