Senior Deputy Head
Clement joined Bryanston in April 2023, bringing with him 17 years of experience in education. He began his career as a chemistry teacher and quickly progressed to hold various leadership positions, including Head of Department, Director of Football, Boarding Housemaster, and Deputy Head Pastoral and Boarding at Ratcliffe College.
In addition to his role at Bryanston, Clement also serves as a School’s Inspector with ISI (Independent Schools Inspectorate). This experience allows him to bring a unique perspective to his position as Senior Deputy Head.
As a seasoned leader, Clement has significant responsibility for the day-to-day running of the school. He is closely involved in all aspects of school life, including academics, co-curricular activities, and pastoral care. Working closely with the Head and Executive Committee, Clement actively contributes to the development and implementation of the school’s ambitious strategic plans.
