Governor
Natalie has over 30 years of international experience in Human Resources, spanning the banking, retail, life sciences and hospitality sectors. She is currently Chief People Officer at Sanofi, a global bio-pharma company employing 85,000 people around the world.
Natalie has a particular passion for talent management, organisation culture and diversity, equity and inclusion. She has further expertise in driving change and transformation in large multinational corporations.
Natalie is a board member of the UKG Workforce Institute (US), and of the Korn Ferry Advisory Board (Europe). She was previously deputy Chair of People First, the hospitality sector skills council (UK) for 10 years.
Natalie lives with her husband and black Labrador of a farm in the New Forest, and saw her two children through Bryanston.
