Swimming Crash Courses

Book on to our fun and enjoyable crash courses where we cover the Swim England Learn to Swim framework and end the sessions with some fun activities and some of the easier water safety skills.

  • Beginners session – Covers stages 1 & 2
  • Beginners session – Covers stages 3 & 4
  • Intermediate –  Covers stages the four strokes and an introduction to Rookie Lifeguarding
Swimming Crash Course: Beginner (Stage 1 & 2)

Book on to our fun and enjoyable lesson where we cover the Swim England Learn to Swim framework and finish with pool-based games.

The session will run between 9am – 9:45am.

Beginners 1 (Stage 1+2) will be introducing the basics of the strokes and aquatic skills to help build their confidence in the water.

Please note that parents are not allowed in the water, although a qualified swimming assistant will be in the water at all times.

Swimming Crash Course: Beginner (Stage 3 & 4)

Book on to our fun and enjoyable lesson where we cover the Swim England Learn to Swim framework and finish with pool-based games.

Beginners 2 (Stages 3+4) will be developing essential aquatic skills and stroke technique.

Please note that parents are not allowed in the water, although a qualified swimming assistant will be in the water at all times.

Book on to our fun and enjoyable lesson where we cover the Swim England Learn to Swim framework and finish with pool-based games.

Intermediate (stages 5-7) will cover the four strokes and include an introduction to Rookie Lifeguarding.

Please note that parents are not allowed in the water, although a qualified swimming assistant will be in the water at all times.
