Rugby Sevens Performance Camp

• Open to boys and girls of all abilities

This non-residential camp will provide children with an insight into some of our performance sports programmes at Bryanston. The camp is targeted at children that already play a particular sport. These camps will give boys and girls access to high quality coaching in amongst our amazing sports centre facilities and grounds.

Throughout the first day and from the information you provide on the booking form, our lead coaches will split the children into ability groups. This will ensure all children get access to appropriate levels of coaching during the camp.

The Bryanston Rugby 7s camp will be led by Nick Williams who is our Head of Rugby. There will be a full programme of activities throughout each day. These will include:

• Rugby 7s specific onfield sessions
• Strength and Conditioning sessions specified to 7s rugby
• Cohesion of team work through team building exercises on and off the pitch
• Detailed recovery sessions
