Adam Beales is both a teacher of Business and Housemaster of Dorset House. His role as Housemaster means his primary concern is the care and welfare of the 68 boys under his roof, whilst also guiding them to prosper as young adults growing up. Adam also coaches sport at Bryanston in both rugby and netball.
Before joining Bryanston in 2004, Adam sold Asian equities in Hong Kong and London as a stockbroker before he became a head-hunter for the financial services. Upon arriving at Bryanston, Adam became the Head of Economics and Business before becoming Housemaster for a senior boys boarding house in 2011.
Beyond Bryanston, Adam has a passion for gardening which he says is ‘great for his own wellbeing’ as well as having keen interests in photography and cricket.
