We’re committed to our most promising young sports talents, providing world-class support tailored to helping our pupils achieve long and successful sporting careers.

Our High Performance Sports Programme (HPSP) is a unique opportunity for sports scholars and talented young athletes to excel in their chosen sports. It is tailored for future professional sportsmen and women, offering a comprehensive support system.

Pupils benefit from one double and one single weekly session, totalling 90 minutes, ensuring consistent skill development and fitness progress.

Our HPSP pupils are supported by world-class strength and conditioning coaches and have access to a very well-equipped gym. They also have access to physiotherapists in case of injuries, with sports scholars receiving free treatment and rehab sessions.

This approach ensures pupils continue their athletic development even during recovery. HPSP is a pathway to a long and successful sporting career, providing the best resources, coaching, and support to help young athletes reach their full potential.

  • State-of-the-art performance gym: Pupils can access a cutting-edge gym with multiple squat racks, providing athletes the ideal space for strength and conditioning training. This allows for a focused and intense workout
  • Indoor 40m sprint track: The indoor sprint track, complete with timing gates, is a valuable resource for athletes looking to improve their speed and acceleration. It offers a controlled environment for honing sprinting techniques and measuring performance progress
  • Integrated force plates: Force plates are an incredible tool for assessing an athlete’s force profile and overall athletic performance. Their mobility allows them to be used in various gym locations, including the running track. This provides real-time feedback during tests and activities, helping athletes fine-tune their technique and power output
  • 3D motion capture analysis: This advanced technology enables in-depth analysis of an athlete’s movement patterns. It offers a personalised approach to training and injury prevention by pinpointing potential areas of weakness or injury risk. It can be applied to various exercises and activities, making it sport-specific and highly individualised
