A-Levels

Endless possibilities

The Sixth Form years at Bryanston are a time of academic growth and when doors start to open to future opportunities. Pupils go deeper into their subjects through their choice of A Levels and take ownership of their education and personal growth.

Our unique approach to A-Level study

Each pupil is carefully assigned a one-to-one tutor, best suited to their needs and talents. These tutors develop a close relationship with each pupil, supporting them to become more organised, motivated, innovative and independent.

Another key element of The Bryanston Method is our one-to-one work review sessions with subject teachers, called correction periods.

These, along with assignment periods, allow for independent exploration underpinned with subject specialist support.

Pupils learn to be organised creative thinkers. They appreciate a blend of teaching formats, akin to what awaits them at university, ensuring they’re thoroughly primed for undergraduate and work life.

Our wide range of academic subjects, supported by an excellent enrichment programme, ensure that every pupil finds the path tailored to them. We build the timetable around the students’ needs, meaning that they can take combinations of subjects that most schools could not offer.

The enrichment programme acts as a balance to academic rigour, enabling pupils to explore a myriad of opportunities and broadening their horizons. From an EPQ, public speaking, first-aid, to a crash-course in politics and everything else along the way, the programme provides a global outlook.

By the end of their time in the Sixth Form, our pupils are armed with an enviable blend of knowledge, skills, and passion.

They stand poised, ready to embrace the academic challenges of university or apprenticeships with unwavering confidence, epitomising the Bryanston legacy of finding one’s own purpose and vision.
