‘We think we know what we can achieve with our bodies. But it’s a choice. I’ve pushed myself to physical extremes by embracing the demands of competitive skiing. I’ve maintained and improved my mental focus and overcome fear to extend my capabilities.

I learnt it first here at school, and now I’m going to ignite this fearless determination in others, to explore their boundaries, exceed their limitations and unlock their potential. Together we can transform ourselves and celebrate the remarkable powers within all our bodies.’
