We hope you enjoy browsing this selection of photos of A level pupils performing a range of dynamic, thought-provoking and entertaining plays they have created for Component 1 of their A level.
The plays are a re-imagined version of Sophocles' ‘Antigone’. The plays included the creation of a dystopian world looking at the dangers of tyrannical power; a Frantic Assembly styled piece exploring the pressure of traditional masculinity in today's world; and a characterful exploration of the feminist fight for equality, aimed to educate young people.
The pupils have written, devised, designed and performed, showing us how they are developing into creative and unbounded thinkers.
