A great year for GCSE pupils
Published: 23 August 2018
Bryanston is delighted with its GCSE results having witnessed a strong rise in the top grades this year.
With 51% of grades at A*/A or 9-7, it is clear that our pupils’ hard work has been rewarded. 41 pupils achieved seven or more of these top-tier grades, including 15 who achieved ten or more. There were strong performances across the subjects.
The Head, Sarah Thomas, remarked: “This is a super set of results. I am so proud of what the pupils have achieved, especially during a time when GCSEs are in the process of being reformed. They are well set to embark upon their sixth form studies with confidence, and I look forward to seeing them rise to all their new challenges. Bravo!"
