Pupils reach National Finals of French pop video competition
Published: 13 June 2019
Congratulations to four A2 pupils on reaching the National Finals of the London French Institute's French Pop Video Competition.
To enter the competition, Jasmine S, Kate S, Kitty E and Venetia E had to write a pop song in French to their own music and then perform their piece and submit the video.
After winning their age-group category in the South West Regionals, they went on to the National Finals where they achieved second place.
Certificates and book vouchers have been presented to the girls by the Network for Language South West Regional Director, Philip Campagna.
This is a fantastic achievement and we look forward to next year's competition.
You can listen to their song, titled 'Monsieur', below.
