IB pupils organise Global Awareness Day on waste
Published: 30 June 2017
Bryanston’s IB Diploma pupils have been raising awareness on the topic of waste as part of their IB Global Awareness Day.
Global awareness is a key part of the IB Diploma and just one of the aspects of the CAS programme. The day is about advocacy and, as such, IB pupils have been encouraging their fellow Bryanstonians to think about the amount and type of waste produced, from an individual to international level.
Activities led by the IB pupils included announcements in House Meetings, an art installation and analysis of the waste from a meal at Bryanston.
