Written and directed by Bryanston's Duncan Fowler-Watt, 'The Hug' is a play that reflects the Covid world that we have all had to endure over the last 18 months, a world where face masks and social distancing have become so normal that sometimes it is very hard to imagine life ever fully returning to how it used to be. The play is full of hope, reminding us that amidst all the anxiety and suffering of recent times, what matters more than anything else is that we never forget how to love... and hug each other.
Performed entirely by our junior pupils in B, C and D, and featuring a double cast, we hope you enjoy browsing through this selection of photos from our run-through rehearsals.
You can still book tickets for the performances here.
